  • All products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and personal attention to detail.

  • Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process before shipment.

  • During peak seasons or new drops, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.


Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs vary by location and package weight.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.


Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO military addresses.


International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on location.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


Important Shipping Responsibility Notice

  • Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, UNCONDITIONAL is no longer responsible for the package.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If a package encounters an issue in transit or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you in navigating this process.


Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We may not be able to make changes once the order is in processing.

  • UNCONDITIONAL is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please contact the carrier to open an investigation if your package is missing. We’re happy to assist you with this process.


Delivery Delays

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing.
