UNCONDITIONAL Return & Cancellation Policy
At UNCONDITIONAL, every piece is handmade-to-order with care and purpose. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or an error on our end.
Return Policy
Since each item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.
To report a quality issue:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve entered processing.
If you need to cancel:

If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to stop it in time.
